Our products are printed on demand and therefore not refundable unless it has been damaged before delivered to you. In such cases we ask you to please take photos of the damage and send those to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your complaint. Please return the damaged goods as soon as possible in a way that ensures no further damage is incurred and we’ll address the problem.

If your complaint is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
While waiting for our response you can easily postpone your payment on Klarna’s website until we’ve resolved the matter and come to an agreement. Our aim is to have nothing but happy customers.
